You may have a list of leads you need to call through quickly, for example a bunch of online leads who'm you haven't made contact with yet or let's say even past clients who you haven't reached out to in a while and you want to make sure you stay in touch with them every now and then.
Our CRM works in the most wonderful way to help you with this as it logs and tracks all the calls you make. So imagine being able to pull up a list of leads that are tagged as past clients and also show only those clients whom you have not called in the last 6 months.
Another way that agents use our filtering system in a really neat way is let's say you have a list of leads that are online leads and you want to make sure that you have tried calling these leads at least 10 times before you give up on them. With our CRM you can easily say give me all the leads that are online leads where I have not made touch with them yet and I have called them less than 10 times.
