Ranking & How to Rank Higher In AgentLocator

Just like every other search engine, the concept of being included in it is just not enough. Ranking higher in the search results ensures that you will be seen first.

We have introduced a contribution type ranking system in our search engine. What this means is, the more you contribute to our network the higher you will rank.

There are 5 different visible ranking levels. We say visible because we actually show stars beside your photos. We will talk about our Invisible ranking system a little bit later on this page

Visible Ranking Levels

One Star
Two Stars
Three Stars
Four Stars
Five Stars

First Star
When you first register for your free inclusion you are assigned one star

Second Star
You can get your 2nd star by adding 4 agents to our network. You do that by logging into your account and click on the "Add Co-Worker" button. Simply fill out the click on the "Add" button. An automated email will be dispatched to your co-worker letting them know that they have been added to our network.

Third Star
The third star is assigned to your account once you add a total of 8 agents to our network.

Forth Star
A link to AgentLocator.ca is required to get your forth star. The HTML code for the link is located within your account. Simply copy and paste the link code onto your homepage and the third star will be assigned to your listing. The link must be placed directly onto the homepage of your website.

Fifth Star
Once you have completed all of the steps above we allow you to purchase the 5th star for only $59/per year. The cost for a paid inclusion without the contributions to get all 5 stars is $300 so to save some money you can follow the steps above to get to your forth star and only pay $59 per year instead of $300.

Invisible Ranking
Invisible simply means that we don't associate any type of (visible) markers beside your profile. The concept behind this ranking system is based around the user who is searching. We use technology that was developed by AdoSoft INC to figure out the type of agent, location and other factors to display only those appropriate agents within the search results. You can increase your chances of ranking higher and being displayed for these types of searches by providing us with a detailed description of your self.
