Filters to pull up leads based on the calls in the CRM

Below is a list of all the AgentLocator filters & how to use them.

# Of Calls

The idea of this filter is to give you the ability to pull up your leads based on the # of calls you made to them.

Ways agents use this filter
Internet lead qualification:
You get a lot of online leads and you need a way to make sure you don't have any leads split through your follow up procedure. For that reason you want to be able to make sure you call every lead at least 10 times before you give up. Below is a filter that would help you do exactly that.

Pipeline - New Leads & Tried To Contact
# of Calls is less than 11
Was Not Contacted By Phone in the last 3 Days

Was Not Contacted

The idea of this filter is to give you the ability to pull up all of the leads you have not contacted by phone in any amount of time.

Ways agents use this filter
Internet lead qualification:
You can see in the example above with # of Calls how a filter like this becomes useful. You need a way to be able to tell which leads have you not called in the last # of days so that you can create your proper follow-up schedule.

Calling Past Clients:
You may want to make sure you call your past clients at least once every 6 months if you haven't talked to them. With a system like this you can easily have a list of clients who you haven't spoken to in the last 6 months.

Was Last Contacted

Much like the leads you haven't contacted you need to be able to pull a list of leads you have contacted by phone in any amount of time. Ways agents use this filter
Stats gathering:
Find out how many leads you or your team has talked to in the past # of months and see the result of those leads, for example, out of all the calls we made in the last 6 months how many of them have of them have ended up in a showing? You can easily do that by combining this filter with the "Pipeline Status" filter to find all those leads you have set to the "Showing" pipeline within that same time-span.

Call Result & Last Call Result

When you make calls from our CRM we give you the ability to specify what happened with the call you had, did you make contact, left a VM. These two filters give you the ability to pull up all the leads based on the call result. Following up with very important leads
There comes a time where you have a list of leads/clients which you want to make sure you've talked to once ever X # of days.
For that you can pull up your Important leads by let's say a tag, some agents tag their leads as "Class A" leads.
