Setup Fee
The cost to setup any tag marketing campaign of any size is a one time fee of $1250. In this $1250 we include everything required to get you going.
- Landing Page
Many websites that real estate agents have are not high converting websites. In order to get the most out of your marketing we set you up with a landing page which converts visitors into leads a lot better. If you do not wish to use our landing page we will take $300 off the setup fee.
- Your Tagging Code
Your very own tagging code will be created so that we can tag your visitors.
- CRM (Lead Management)
We are going to setup a lead management account where leads that come through the landing page can easily be managed.

In order to be able to capture the largest portion of the online advertising market we have decided to use Google, Yahoo & MSN as our tagging partners. A good portion of our fee is paid to the top search engines.
- Websites Where Ads Display
Every time your ad displays on one of the websites across the internet we have to pay that website their share.
