You may be asking yourself if companies like AgentLocator are so good, why don’t they have free trials? Below are a few reasons why we don’t offer them, however, in an effort to help save you money we’ve come up with a different way to help you and us. A money-back guarantee if you are unsatisfied, as long as you follow what we know works to get online leads.
So first, why don’t we have free trials?
#1 - Online leads do not work for everyone.
While Online leads can be very lucrative and we have many clients who have made lots of money from them. They require a lot of work from the real estate agents’ part.

#2 - The more you have to lose, the harder you will try.
We have found that when an agent has less skin in the game, their motivation level decreases. We know this statistically as we have offered free trials in the past. We even had more agents cancel their service after a free-trial than we do when we bill them the full fee. This means we actually help more agents succeed when they pay more (go figure) :)
#3 - We have a lot of work to do on our part.
Everything we need to create requires a decent amount of work and while we would be willing to do this work for free to make more money in the long run, we still find that due to reason #2, we have more people cancel when they don't pay for the service than when they do.
So while we can’t offer you a free trial we can offer something else. First, we will not make you commit to anything long term. We believe we can get you to LOVE online leads within 60 days of getting on our program OR we will refund 80% of what you paid us. This 80% includes your setup fee as well as your monthly fees.
No, it’s not just as simple as “here is your money back.” We do need to make sure you try to make this work, below is what you need to do to make sure you get your money back.
#1 - You must spend a minimum $500/mo on Google
We want you to get as many leads as possible within these two months. Spending $500/mo will get you around 50 leads per month which means after two months you would have had at least 100 leads in the system.
#2 - You must take our one-on-one training
It’s free, we don’t charge for our training. However, we need to make sure you know how to talk to the leads and how to use the CRM. Training also has some accountability built into it to make sure you are doing what we know works.
#3 - You MUST have a logged call of every lead in the system.
Our CRM system has a built in dialer. You have to have the Twilio phone number assigned to your account and you must use our built in dialer to call every lead within at least 48 hours of obtaining the leads.
That’s it.
We can’t succeed if you don’t succeed, we are invested into you and we need you to be invested into yourself as well. We have been doing this for close to 10 years now, we have a 4.9* rating on Google and we want to make sure we keep it that way.
Based on our data we know that you have a 99% chance of succeeding if these two things happen:
1. You get at least 100 leads.
2. You call every lead that comes in within 48 hours.
