Our search engine technology was designed & developed by AgentServer in 2005.  The technology is not based around the real estate agent, it's made for real estate clients who're looking to buy or sell real estate.  The user has the ability to find an agent or an office just by searching for anything they know about the office.  If the user doesn't know any offices or agents they can do a search for all agents in their location or search for one by the commission percentage they offer.  You can find more information about our search technology on our FAQ's page.
